General Shipping & Returns Policy

Condition Assessment: Please review photos and descriptions carefully prior to purchase. Photos are provided for identification and to assist in your assessment.

Lot Presentation: Cards shown inside protective sleeves are lots provided by a consignor, and photographed inside its protective sleeves to minimize handling. Cards photographed without protective sleeves are sold by zAMnite Cards, and the protective sleeves removed for photography, and cards immediately placed in protective sleeves.

Final Sale: By purchasing, you acknowledge that you have examined the available information and accept the item as presented. zAMnite Cards does not accept returns or exchanges.

Service Area: Shipping is currently available to the Continental United States only.

Handling Times: We process orders Monday through Friday for all orders received. This excludes weekends and recognized holidays. Order cutoff is 12:00 PM EST. Orders received after 12:00 PM EST will begin processing the following business day. Handling Time = 1-3 days and Transit Time = 3-5 days.

Logistics Provider: We utilize Shipping Saint Inc. for all fulfillment.

Shipping Quotes: As an auction house seller, we don’t have access to the bulk shipping discounts larger platforms like Amazon, eBay, or Whatnot can offer. The “Shipping” charge covers postage, packaging supplies (boxes, mailers, rigid protection), and shipping platform costs, calculated by our third-party shipping platform.

Shipping Protection: We use hobby-grade materials and packing standards when shipping trading cards.

Risk of Loss: We are not responsible for damage or loss once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier. Responsibility passes to the buyer upon shipment.

Shipping Protection & Claims: All shipments are automatically insured through Shipping Saint for the full auction purchase price against loss, damage, or theft during transit.
